Please ensure you only send a copy of your photographs (in electronic form i.e. on CD/DVD/email) as we are unable to return submissions, and cannot be held responsible for any possible loss or damage to them.

You may submit captions with your photographs to include a brief description of the nature of the photograph and if appropriate when it was taken and any other supporting information.

We will also ensure you receive appropriate credits / copyright within our gallery section, so please be sure to include your name and any other appropriate information when submitting your images. Whilst we cannot guarantee inclusion, we will endeavour to add it as soon as we can if it meets our criteria.

You must own the copyright to any photographs you submit, and after submission to us you will still retaini that copyright. However, once submitted, we will reserve the right to make any editorial modifications as appropriate and reserve the right to use the submitted photographs in any part of the Greasley Parish Council website.
